Eucalyptus Sugar Scrub

The heavy Eucalyptus aroma paired with the lingering hint of peppermint makes this my go to morning scrub when I’m still half asleep. This was my first scrub I made so it’s relatively smaller and there was definitely room to improve, but I liked it. so feel free to modify as needed.

You Will Need:

Brown Sugar – Measure out about 1/3 of a cup for exfoliationImage

Raw Sugar – Measure 1/3 of a cup also for exoliationImage

Avocado Oil – I used a 2 cap fulls. Avocado Oil helps smoothe and hydrate the skin and you can even use it to condition hair due to it’s high content of Vitamins A, D, and E. It is nutrient rich and contains collagen supporting proteins/amino acids. The list goes on.Image

Peppermint Oil – measure out 2 tablespoons for a nice aromaImage

Eucalyptus Oil – For a nice aroma. I would advise a few drops, like one or two since it is such a small batch, i mad the mistake of using an 1/8 of a teaspoon(I know!!) and it’s very overwhelming – even over the peppermint oil.Image

Add a few drops of Vitamin E Oil for hydrating and strengthening your skin’s barrier. It’s a good moisturizer and protects the tissue from damage. It helps prevent premature aging and formation of wrinkles from free radical damage (unstable molecules – it’s bad, real bad) Also great for your hair

Combine the ingredients into a container and mix will and then find a cute little jar to put the final product in!! Image
